During my stay, I encountered multiple issues with the staff. I requested towels upon check-in and had to wait three hours before I decided to fetch them myself. The room had a noticeable amount of dust under the bed, which detracted from my overall comfort.

The location was fantastic , right next to a big mall and just a short walk to the train station. The room was spacious with a modern look and had a great shower with plenty of water pressure. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Reception staff was fabulous, especially Salma. She helped us with cabs and kept our luggage for the day after we checked out. The room had a mini fridge and an electric kettle, which was great. It’s a big shopping mall right next to the place!

Convenient Stay with Welcoming Service!
The location was ideal, just a short walk from the train station, making my arrival seamless. Despite some minor drawbacks like lack of AC in winter, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. I enjoyed the pantry service, although improvement is needed. A great choice for solo travelers!
